Why Did You Want to Start the 30-Day RESET?
I started the RESET because I felt like no matter how hard I tried I could never lose weight and I was exhausted all the time. It’s like one day I woke up and had fatigue and was tired all the time. Every day I stopped for a large sugary coffee at caribou and then midday a Bang energy drink only to get home and crash after work.
No energy! No motivation at all and craving everything but healthy food. My sleep was terrible and I had just found out I had sleep apnea. I decided to stop drinking caffeine and with the money I would spend at Caribou I would spend on my reset!
Thoughts, Challenges, & Positive Outcomes
I loved how simple it was. On my 3rd day, I woke up feeling amazing, how I remember always feeling. I thought what a miracle! I didn’t even crave sugar or caffeine at all. I was less bloated right away and my sleep was amazing! I woke up refreshed and my digestion was all of a sudden much more regular and overall I just felt great!
What Was the Best Outcome of the Reset? Anything Surprising?
The best outcome was craving healthy food again and waking up with energy! I was surprised that I was able to lose 8 pounds and my clothes are fitting better!
What Advice Do You Have for Others Considering the 30-day RESET?
My advice for others is do the reset. It’s a lifesaver and will change your life all around for the better. Your body will thank you and your only regret will be not starting sooner. - Liz G
