Infrared Sauna Pod sessions last 30 minutes, the temperature ranges from 30° C (86° F) to 88° C (190° F). The unique “head-out” design and cooling air flow allows the user to experience the benefits of high-heat for extended periods of time. The entire body perspires more effectively and efficiently. Sauna Pod vs. Hydra Steam Pod
The Sauna Pod uses dry heat and gets much hotter than the Hydra Steam Pod. The Sauna Pod Sauna session is typically at 190 degrees F, while the Hydra Steam Pod is cooler at around 110 to 120 degrees F. Although they both offer all of the health benefits listed above, the humidity from the Hydra steam Pod has additional hydration / skin benefits.
